thanx for Your reply. I was thinking about the same because the company seems to be delaying its quarterly announcement to the maximum extent. This means IMHO that they want to get rid off XCEL-Arnold in their balance sheet. I hope they will succeed. Once this dark cloud cleared up, I'm ready to get in.

Problem #1 seems to be that the buyer is a private enterprise, not a big corp. like JBIL. This makes financing much more complex.

Do you know when they will announce their earnings? From what I can see in volume and price movement, no one thinks it is going to be good news.
