Because, I believe BSR has 30 million in cash or 50 cents a share and oil/gas properties as well as other gold explorations companies...

Phil, With bankruptcy you will get very little for each share holder. SInce it is a corporate shell and has properties of possible merit it makes more sense to turf the old management and let a new group operate it for the shareholders, as we are risk takers are we not. If we wanted bonds we would have them already.
