SSB tried to manipulate the stock market, that is it!!! Next time, I would say pretty soon, SSB will announce a twelve month CPQ stock price target, let say, $90, then people will start to
buy CPQ together with those fund managers, once CPQ reach $75, then SSB will get off the train, and issue another down grade and knock the stock down to $$60. After SSB 's customers load enough between $60 and $65, another upgrade will be issued. Then, when the stock hit $100, when SSB find it is hard to dump stock at $100 to small investors, then SSB will issue another upgrade , and issue a new target price (near term), say $130, this open another door for SSB and its customers to dump high price CPQ stock to small investors, and
the small investors got hooked and take the last train. That is what exactly happened to DELL, I think DELL just got an upgrade last Friday. Only fools will get hooked and get on the last train. However, I think there are more fools than smart people in this world, just read the DELL thread !!!
