FDCD Stock Alert - Software Gaming Corp.

March 2, 1998

CDN:OTC FDCD .65
Software Gaming Corp. (see news below)
(formerly Flying Disk Entertainment)
FDCD is the second stock on our "Low Priced Stocks" list. We first added it last summer, at under .20, on the speculation they would start an on-line casino within a year. The company has just completed its on-line gaming site, which features Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Let-it Ride, Poker, Keno etc. Soon their proprietary Bingo software is expected to be added.

The Cyber Spades Beta test period will end in about a week. After this, FDCD's Cyber Spades on-line casino will be a pay to play stand alone business. The company has other opportunities such as on-line Bingo, in the works with the Eel Nations Reserve, licensing opportunities of their software, sports gaming with their investment in The Sports Book and possible licensing synergy's with Cryptologic.

Here is a recap of late last weeks news and action in the stock. .30 to .60 on Thursday, then halted. Reopened at 11 am EST at .60, running to .90 and closing at .65 on over 3 million shares each day. The first mention of the Cryptologic connection to FDCD was made after the halt. Name change has been approved from Flying Disk to Software Gaming. The Cyber Spades site is up and anyone can download their free software and play for free during the trial period. It's taken six months of .20 to .30 and back a few times, but in two days from .30, the stock tripled closing in the middle at .65.

We believe the FDCD play may have just only begun. We speculated the stock would probably get to this level as the on-line casino opened and it did. Now the stock is gaining attention not as a quick flip play, but as a serious business that is about to open and start collecting cash in a week or so.

Now we look forward to actual ongoing revenue. When low priced leveraged speculations turn into operating businesses, and then hopefully very profitable businesses, that's when the X bagger dream potential can become fact.

The Question was to Warner about "what" the relationship "could" be between CRYP and FDCD, was based on someone else raising this in a prior post to mine. Warner said he new of "No" connection betwen the two stocks, and I accepted this at face value. Warner had been very accurate and informative, and I have personally done well by his comments/posts. I see him less and less in posting, so I figured he sold out his primary position at about 30. You are the one person that has replaced Warner as a "great source" as I follow this stock. Keep up the good work!! I wish we would here more from Warner on CRYP, plus his other investments ideas on other stock companies; if he would care to share. I bought in at 5 1/2, followed it to 39.5, and never sold. I still consider CRYP a deal at $20-25/share, especially on a pre-split basis, based on the performance of the company. I only wish CRYP would post news releases to their home page on a more regular basis, as they did prior. Again, keep up the good work on this thread.
