Hi Tommaso,

My Dad was born in 1928 so obviously the Great Depression was well before my time. However my point I think still stands. There had been a painful re-adjustment BEFORE Roosevelt started his stimulative measures.

The lumps had been taken, The pain endured and the madness cleaned out of the system. It would seem this is what Japan requires to really get back on track. But that seems to be the last thing anybody wants to happen. The question to my mind now is whether they can keep the game going on much longer and what happens if they don't
