Did you notice it was printed in Jan. Which means it was probably put together in late Dec. Also Compaq wasn't exactly setting the world on fire before the downgrade in this "raging bull market".

Perhaps it is time to take these brokerage firms and their analysts to task. It has been my experience that when insurance carriers get out of line and fail to act in good faith, a series of complaints to the various state/federal regulatory agencies will usually bring the matter to resolution. Perhaps in this case, a series of complaints/inquiries to the Federal Trade Commission, SEC, etc bring SB to task and hold them accountable. Any opinions?? David
