What I find implausible is a $500 board. These days, that must be
quite a board, especially if it contains only a 10 to 15 dollar chip?

The problem with $1.5B deal is not so much that PTSC may be on the
receiving end, but that MGM has a market cap of less than $1.3B.

This is where the $500 comes from! Not the board but the cost of
the whole device w/installation. Three million is just a projection
of the market potential and is probably not an initial order.
