When insiders file a 144, how long do they have the option
of selling the stock for?

Do they have to sell?

Does a 144 expire?

There were 22 144 filings since Sept 3, somethings is up?

Sounds like simple profit taking to me.

These guys have to schedule their sales months in advance.

Chong Moon Lee hasn't been involved with day-to-day operations since stepping down as president over 2 years ago.

Still, I wouldn't mine a piece of that profit :) Lets see, 250k * $14 is, um... $3.5M. I suspect these are probably all pre-IPO shares, basis price effectively $0. (before the corporate reorg prior to going public, Chong Moon owned a flat 90% of the company, and his associate H H Huh owned 10%. There was no debt and no outside investors).
