Hi Mark,

Nice to see you posting on the thread again. One thing that we have not pursued is filing a claim of fraudulent security violations with the SEC. Do you feel that we have the documentation to back this up when the time comes? At this point, I'm a little fatalistic about the prospects of Preletz doing anything on our behalf and agree with John Goodman's view of things.

Mark:

Doing fine, and you? Yes, I agree with the "wait and see". I did however get into a bit of a twist with a poster named Pat Pending. Mostly, I tried to explain that no matter how far we feel we are on the right side of this thing, Preletz and his bunch hold most of the cards right now. Unless they do something to change the course they are on, it looks like we are temporarily screwed. Now, with that said, something has appeared to have happened. What it is, I don't know. Just about anything that causes the courts to look at this bankruptcy again, can't be bad for us. In either case, I'm with you. Let's see what transpires.

Oh, Steve Reichers was looking for your email address. Did he contact you?

Let's keep in touch.

John

Mark - It's good to see that you are still around. I think that you will find interesting news regarding the 2 patents issued earlier this year. The boys at Stream decided that they would hide this news in their SEC filing rather than issue a standard press release. Obviously they thought they would slip this news past us. Review their filing for me and give all of us a take on the subject matter. You are more familiar with the technology than myself.
