Hey all,

Jim, happy b-day! Pat, yes, it was great to see you and Alan the other day at the BARS conference!! Too bad, all of us couldn't make it to the actual bar afterwards. Alan used his best 'Bond' moves to help me into the meetings we wanted. It was well worth it.
Seems like yesterday we were hearing all those analysts disregard everything TI had to say about DSP growth. Things have changed just recently, it seems. ;-) Sometimes its dangerous to be ahead by a year or two. ;-)

Well, since I have already started seeing so many others on other Boards here, I really feel that the Amati story will still be in the 'air' surrounding us, part of us, looking down and up and sideways at us like a hidden still point watching us from the corner of our own little rooms. :-) Since the latest Amati chapter just shut, people didn't think I wouldn't add another song, did they?? I could write these forever. :-)
I have really gotten into The Verve lately...think their Urban Hymns album is pretty good listening. To the music of the more popular "Bitter Sweet Symphony" that seems to be played all too often nowadays...hope you enjoy

DMT SYMPHONY

'Cause it's a DMT Symphony, this life
Trying to make copper ends meet
We're all a slave to bandwidth stocks baby, then they die
I'll take you down the only great Board I've ever been down
You know, the one that takes you to the places
Where all the different kinds of people meet, yeah

No more shares, Can't get more shares
Can't sell any shares, can't change any shares no more
But we were here in our molds
I am still here in my hold
I keep reading a million different people
from one day to the next
But I still can't change my hold
No, no, no, no, no

Well, I never pray
But tonight I'm hoping all here the best, yeah
It's been great hearing the words that recognize the thoughts in me, yeah
Too often the melodies shined, they cleansed my mind, made me free, yeah
Can't wait to see the copper clean, so DMT can sing to we, yeah

No more shares, Can't get more shares
Swallowed up in Texas, DMT's going DSP, yeah
But we were always here in our molds
And I am still here in my hold
I keep reading a million different people
from one day to the next
But I still can't change my hold
No, no, no, no, no

'Cause it's a DMT Symphony, this digital life
Trying to make copper ends meet
We're all a slave to bandwidth stocks baby, then they die
I'll take you down the only great Board I've ever been down
You know, the one that takes you to the places
Where all the different kinds of people meet, yeah

I can't change my Telco
no, no, no, no, no
I can't change her
But I know she is coming our way, yeah
She is coming our way
yeah, yeah, yeah

I'll take you down the greatest Board I've ever been down
I'll take you down the greatest Board I've ever been down
Been down
Ever been down
Ever been down
Ever been down...

Don't you just love overkill. :-)) I get going sometimes. :-) Well, its been one heck of a story thus far. Thanks again everyone for all the interesting contributions. I sure hope it continues. I don't think that we will have to wait much longer before we see our dmt in play...and only for the next 20 years. :-)
Say, Jim, nice web page!
Well, I went a little overboard on Ray's midi page, so now Ive got to get out of my
apartment. :-)

until the next post,
