Urlman, I think you're reading far too much into the warning about non-public information. If you have access to private information and you aren't authorized to publish it, the company is probably going to ask that it be yanked and you're likely going to here about it. Having said that, correct guesses, logical reasoning, and passing on information which was given to you in good faith as public information is absolutely proper. Read any investment letters from these so-called regulated sources? I think they provide a good metric for us amateurs and as you will see, free speech is alive and well in those publications.
