Obviously I am the last living investor in NUMD.

Had a nice long talk with Susan Carmichael today. J. Teneja will not be staying on as CEO, but Susan will be running the 100,000,000 dollars companies billing, etc., efforts, which is one thing Banyan will greatly profit from in the merger. Banyan is looking at another $40,000,000 buy and that will make the company looking very good on final merger. What they hope will push the stock past the PRESENT $1.50 value they have set (the fairness evaluation could push it further) is that owners at the time of merger get a lot of shares of the new company, warrants, and really interesting stuff.

The MM who got me into this is now with A.J. Edwards, and BUYING MORE he swears.

Who knows. I'm down on this and would be crazier to sell it now that I was when I let Brad talk me into it.
