Tom,

Jump to freedgar.com and look up some of the sec filings that came out around the 15th or so. There are some 13's that discuss the Idanta deal... in essence, it is a partnership of several people that own a pot full of the shares. One of the members of the group left and they had to adjust for his departure from their group. I can't remember if they bought his shares out.. but it required them to file withthe SEC because of the % of the number of the outstanding they hold. I don't remember there being a net change in their holding, just a shuffling of the partners in the group.
