Jack:

That was a good post, however, I think you are giving Valueless too
much credit. I am sure just about everyone understands his/her
agenda and also understands that he/she is a self-righteous moron.
Anyone influenced by his/her opinion should not be invested to
begin with, and they deserve what that get by listening to him/her.

I regret not making plans early on to go to the meeting. I was
pretty much "Franklined out" when the meeting was announced and
was neutral about going. I wish I would have, now, just to meet
everyone. I am sure it was an experience well worth the time and
money.

Fabulous post Jack -- I couldn't agree more or state it any more clearly.

Much thanks to all those who put so much effort into evaluating the company. (valuespec - get lost.)

<< The problem is with Intrine, not Franklin. But you know that. You know that Frank was led to believe that Intrine had the money available. Yet, you want to imply that Frank misled his investors.>>

Poor FTEL. Tricked by the 1-800 number company and now tricked by that "major company" Intrine.

Did Frank sell any shares after that Intrine sale was announced? I don't know for sure, but that would be interesting to know.

What was said about the Intrine sale status at the shareholder's meeting? I'm sure someone asked? Why won't anyone tell us about it? Why not speak forthrightly about what was said?

I'm sorry for those who really believe in this company. I hope you continue to bare with me as I have to bare with you. I am learning here and there from people on this thread (i.e. Martin) and I hope that here and there you, too, are learning something from me.

Waiting to see if that storm of sales to comes by June 30, 1998 as many expect.
