Re: Caller from San Jose Kirk - I couldn't agree with you more. That call was one of the best I've heard on Moneytalk, and I've been a listener for many years. (Perhaps it was because I see a little of that caller in myself.) Bob gave that caller (John, I believe) some very sage advice, but one wonders whether he will heed it--can a 200K+ per year CFO who works 70-80 hours per week ever slow down?? Especially at 44 years of age? I kept wondering the same thing...why not work at some slower-paced job earning half the money, and enjoy life a little?? That would seem to be a much better solution than "retiring and not telling anyone" Not only does BB have a great financial mind, but his views on life are very thought-provoking. Indeed...we cannot buy anymore time in this world, nor buy our good health! Very sound advice for our journey to critical mass. Regards..Bill S
