Hello Ishmael err Scott;
In order to post links on SI, all yo have to do is type them, but they have to be correct....once you post, SI's technology automatically does the link.
Some good points, but lets go over them, but first understand that I hold PDG as well, so much of what I have found was taken from both perspectives, and as I stated at the end of the last message, I have plenty more info, from both sides?
1/I am not to sure of your first point here, if it is referring to GLR, that could be one of the problems that they have run into, they were handed a concession, that was supposed to be frozen, for any developments, part of the Imatica I believe.
2/I assumed you would answer regarding Carson as being to biased, but you must remember this, Roy has had an outstanding record in bringing this whole situation to light, like I said I to had my doubts at first, but with time he was continuously correct in his predictions, some will argue the fact that certain things have not come to pass, but with time they will, it is just the way things are done in SA, still in the works?
3/Remember one thing, the CSJ is the highest court in the land in Venezuela, and they have on three occasions now declared that ownership title belongs to Inversora Mael(Crystallex) this fact cannot be denied nor disputed, it has been gazetted by the CSJ, no matter what kind of spin is placed on it by the other "BIASED" camp, of which I am sure you have gleamed much of your information from to deem this an easy short?? All of what you have referred to is now irrelevant because title has been affirmed, in other words, the CSJ has already dealt with all of that stuff, so it is now dead!
4/AS for GLR,Irregardless, their concessions are now in question, because of certain irregularities, and it is being investigated. At this moment they have no "veta rights", they did not make it through the 30 day period, simple fact. Long term I am sure they will work this out, and GLR will be viable, they do have a very decent resource, but at the moment they are in limbo as far as I am concerned.
5/PDG may have been right to suspend operations,but the route they took has now "insulted" many in the Gov of Venezuela including the MEM, that is not the proper way to do business in SA.
KRY has done all of it's presenting, the facts and the arguments are all in the hands of the CSJ, the wait now is for the release of their findings, it was in the Financial Post, I believe and Bloombergs a couple of a weeks back that the decision has been made, why they delayed releasing the decision may have had something to do with some of the presence of KRY management in New York a few weeks ago as well?? Ask yourself why was KRY management flying between New York, Montreal, Houston and Caracus a few weeks ago, they were not doing it to accumulate "Frequent FLyer Miles".
6/You seem to take the the CSJ lightly in Venezuela, they are and have been held in the highest regard, of all the legal system in Venezuela. Judge Gomez is of the highest standard, so do not treat her or her court in contempt?
Unfortunately at this time PDG can only sit and wait it out, so in effect they are on the sidelines, they have no say what so ever in the current court proceedings other than idle observers. All of their legal presentations, were given to the CVG( as in helping their partners ) before the July 15th court action, this court action is with KRY and the CSJ and the MEM.
Believe this, for this is where much of the confusion surrounding this case evolves, people have gotten a misconception of some big court battle between PDG and KRY, when in fact that is not so. This line of thinking has been perpetrated by the main stream press, who I am sure PDG has many contacts with and in, and many brokerage houses, speaking of which, many were very convinced last year of a PDG victory, check many of them out, why now are they so concerned with trying to place a value on KRY??.......must be reason for this kind of thinking??
There has also been a downgrading on PDG from a few houses because of this situation, they are now beginning to perceive that KRY has a very good chance at winning?......I believe they will, period!
After all KRY is just another junior, who are they to take on a big guy, one of the main street players?? It is a mentality that will end up costing many people very much money.
You must dig very deep in order to fully grasp what it is that has actually transpired down there, I am afraid that many people have relied to much on the main stream sources of information, and have concluded that this is an easy victim, this "victim" is going to bite real hard, when this is all said and done??
When it comes you will hear a Boom, BOOM, BOOOOOM, and then it will be to-late.
With regards,Frank
P.S. Just some thoughts from another biased shareholder of both "PDG and KRY",....now why would I still own PDG, you may wonder?? |
