NEWS: (old?) Travelers Group purchased 313,955 shares of CYMER Just check the EDGAR filing, notice: On 1/16/98, Travelers Group Inc. filed a form 13G (required by Any person or group of persons who acquire a beneficial ownership of more than 5% of a class of registered equity) to declare ownership of CYMI stock 313,955 shares. 313,955 shares is about only 1% of CYMI's total outstanding shares. Why do they file it? This supposes to be an old news, why did I never hear about it on CYMI thread? see sec.gov
