I DONOT BELIEVE THE MANGMENT OWNS FIFTY PERCENT .

If you say so, Paisley...but the last I heard, only a company that holds over 50% can do a reverse split without the shareholders approval, but I might have been misinformed.

Whatever...without a plan, we Oilex stockholders are in a bad way. If you own TANC, be grateful that only 40% of your company is in Mr. Timmins' clutches.
