Mr. Rosario, will you please stop posting missives in all CAPS? Now, if it should be that you are in the unfortunate position, for whatever reason, of having to traverse the Internet in a 1977-vintage Apple II which had no lower case capabilities, then I apologise for my entreaty. If using all CAPS is a convenient catharsis for venting your frustrations, please understand that all it really accomplishes is making no one want to read anything you post, which defeats your purpose for posting here, does it not? My grandfather had the marvelous capability of persuading nearly anyone to do nearly anything he wished them to do. When I asked him once how he did this, he simply said "It's not what one says, it's the way that one says it." Perhaps unilateral, bombastic e-mails are not the successful approach you might wish them to be. I doubt that, as a professional commercial pilot, you would make such unilateral, bombastic assaults on Approach Control, even if you thought them to not be handling the traffic pattern efficiently or your own approach expeditiously. Unfortunately, I'm afraid the damage you have done is, in your case, irrevocable, and CCEE's management will, upon receiving any further missives from you, dismiss you as simply another loose cannon. Regrettable, because your points are valid, your case sound, your goals essentially the correct ones, but your methods quarrelsome. It will only make the efforts of others more difficult, as the usual reaction to inflammatory attack is intransigence on the part of those being attacked.
