My point is that either way MRVC is tied to INTC. If
INTC goes it alone without MRVC or decides to take
MRVC with it. They've either accomplished getting what
they wanted from MRVC or they see the market that MRVC
already has and wants it. Either way I don't view INTC
as being a positive for MRVC in either the short run
in the former case or the longer run in the latter case.

On the other issue I raised concerning inventory levels,
I submit the following data for those of you who are
analytically inclined.

Inventory turns
ye qe
based on raw average bop and eop inventory 115 106
based on weighted average of bop and eop 124 116
based on eop inventory 161 135

The point here is that even with increase in inventory levels,
the turns improved during the quarter as compared to the year.
This helps support the contention that inventory most often
than not grows with rising sales.

Now can anyone come up with similar turn statistic for other
network players?
