Concur with your point about NOVL being focused. This and the fact that it is focused on 'open' network software/services will payoff
IMO.

Good Investing.

The logic for any insider buying or selling of shares in their company is to make money.

It doesn't matter how many shares they hold, or options to buy more shares.

If the stock is cheap and they think it will go up, they buy.

Following insiders is easy today. Their activities are well reported.

Every day insiders buy shares in the open market when they already own thousands, even millions of shares.

Why? They believe they will make money. Just because they will receive shares down the road won't keep them from trying to make more money if they believe the stock will go up.

If Eric hasn't bought shares in the open market yet it speaks for itself. He isn't sure that buying NOVL will make him money. Yes he has the comfort of knowing he'll make something for nothing. But he knows that an open market buy will also be great publicity.

So far he has studiously avoided that good publicity while making transparent excuses.
