DAve,
don't be nervous holding profits. If You think You should, buy a hedge. Against market risk You could hedge tech or semi index. Look over to cboe.com. You will find many products there. Even a NAZ hedge is possible. Should be cheaper than buying & selling the stock(s)..

(Especially look to symbol TXX, sort of a technology index)

Dave,
thanx for this referral. PSEM looks good. And they got NO institutional ownership but sequentially increasing revenues & earnings. Good, sleeper stock, like MPDI. In the semi eqip sector, look to beaten down plays, after their next quarterly (or before ??): LRCX, WFR. Both are still at depressed levels, even UTEK. Could be hot stocks for next quarter (after March)
