SAL, IT ALL SOUNDS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE STOCK WAS AT $10 PER SHARE 2/93, THEN $3.25 1/96 AND ON FRIDAY 2/98 THE STOCK CLOSED AT 3/8. BELEIVE ME, I DO NOT LIKE WHAT HAS TO BEEN DONE BUT JR., AND SR., HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RUN THIS COMPANY IN NEAR/POSSIBLE BANKRUPTCY!! THEY GOT TO GO!! I DO NOT SEE ANY LOGICAL REASON TO KEEP THEM ON BOARD ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU RESEARCH THERE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND TRACK RECORD!! BEST REGARDS

Sal Off again--on again. I don't know?????? SAL please stay away from those BOARDS. Anyway I agree that we would not be here if it was'nt for the two doctors who happen to make some right decisions. Can they keep on doing that????WHO KNOWS??? But for now I'll wait for the 10k to make up my mind. It is the 1st of March, only a few weeks to go. How come nobody brought up the last 2 news releases. Jody Miksch promoted from VP of North American sales to Worldwide sales and Jeffrey Rainin promoted from southeast Region manager to Executive director North American sales? It seems to me that people usually get promoted when they do a good job! Does that mean that Softworks sales could be better than we expect????? Where did South Africa, Asia and the Far East come from??? More countries more sales??? This stock is a double edge sword. Softworks--Y2k--Hot sector--Computer Conceipts--data minning program with internet--big deal with BT--other talks going on with other bell cos. Lets not get crazy and start ranting and yelling. We have waited this long, what's a couple of weeks more and besides we may have some word on Softworks the end of this week. Reguards Banchee
