"diseases close to bilirubin"? I had a '61 Thunderbird with chromogenic disease. It took a lot of effort to fix the problem, but in the end, it was worth the effort.

Skip: Thanks for your thoughtful response to my questions.

I would still like to know: "If the total US market for bili-testing is X, what % of X is CCSI's actual market? Where/when have the longs dealt with this issue?" Janybird says it's pointless to try and estimate this, but of course this is the main issue (at least as far as bili testing in the US goes). I don't think it depends on the deal obtained. The question is: How much of the 330 million currently spent is spent on ACTUAL TESTING (laboratory, labor, ..) and how much is spent on ADMINISTRATION (hospital fees, insurance, etc). The latter, of course, is not part of CCSI's market. (The former is therefore CCSI's market, and that will be shared with whatever large co. CCSI signs with. For this you will need to understand the deal, I agree.)

My recollection is that poodle was the only one to deal substantively with this issue, but no long ventured to take his estimates on.

Best, Wade
