OtherChap,

I think that what you need to start looking at is their list of clients and the exposure they are getting from these magazines and articles and what not. Is this penny stock a scam? Have we at least convinced you yet that it's not? Burgess knows some people over at DoubleClick that are damned surprised of the recent IPO and the acceptance of the public. But I've known this all along! I knew Doubleclick was going to be big. I know NETZ will be. The only reason I bought into NETZ as opposed to DoubleClick was because NETZ has been around longer in the public view. I really don't care what index they're on, just as long as they're valued.

Some people on this thread are hyping the stock. Others are actually going to find out what's going on with this company by visiting the offices. So, in order to alleviate the scam theory further, I will again visit the company.

Next Thursday & Friday, I will be in NYC to see the Fantasticks. I will swing by the Softbank Interactive Marketing headquarters and ask a few questions. I'll call someone and tell them I'm dropping by. I know David was planning to go down but I have absolutely no idea when. Also, I'm dropping a call to the CFO and see if I can get a time frame for those financials. He'll know what is insider info and what isn't. He may tell me everything, he may tell me nothing.

At this point, I don't care. This is how I spend my spring break... redesigning nh.com and visiting softbank. And nobody is going to have a happier spring break than I because I love what I do.

Matty Gregg

PS 10-20 dollars for this stock is not a hype. With my experience in the business, a 400-800 million dollar advertising company on a global frontier is modest at best.

PPS While some of you are waiting for thursday to roll around, check out HRCT. Heavy volume on Friday leads me to believe some of these rumors I'm hearing are true...

<<<I don't believe there has ever been a hyped penny stock that
didn't have people using those exact same words. Then it
usually degenerates into "you could have bought microsoft for
2 dollars back in 1983" or "iomega was once at 1.50"..

blah blah blah, same old story. every penny could make you
rich, according to the people pushing them. too bad it
doesnt actually happen.

"but this time is different!" is the standard reply, and
i've heard it on dozens of pennys after I point out the hype.>>

You are absolutely right. I could go back and research 100 penny stocks and 95 to 98 or so will be trading at lower than they were when there was big hype about it. That's the time you come in and say 'I told you". So you really have a very easy job. You are right over 90% of the time trashing the BB stocks. But there will be one or two that make it and make people a lot of money. That's the time you just fade away never to be heard from again on that thread.
Well I think NETZ has a great chance to be the one or two that makes it. Is it a sure thing. Definitely not, But any stock comes with risks. Should you put your retirement money in it? Definitely not. This stock is risky and you could lose your money. But high risk also comes with high reward.
Only time will tell but I have a feeling in a few months you'll be gone from here trashing dozens of other BB stocks, saying "I told you so".

<Solid Data/Facts Please>

To this point you have trashed this stock without any fundamental facts. On the other hand the optimistic individuals have been digging up seemingly believable facts.

You could try to back up your attitude with opinions from these two
threads,i.e., statements that make you more skeptical or your own DD (which you have not shared with us to this point).

I believe that your views have done only good things, i.e., prompted a trip to Newport and now NY and a lot of fact digging. So I'd argue that your perspective has been immensely valuable. Perhaps this was always your intention?! I mean it has been easy for you to mobilize the troops!
