Dear David, I concur with your comments on potential dilution, but with a proven reserve they should be able to come up with something much more creative than the average company. Perhaps a silver warrant; a convertible debenture; or maybe a pure debt financing where they give up a few extra points for no dilution. I'm sure they have had a great deal of interest in the project with this move in silver and there are a huge number of juniors who were smart (lucky) enough to raise big cash a year ago. Most of these companies are now only worth their cash values so joint ventures could be another alternative. In addition, over the years I personally have owned many illiquid stocks and I am looking forward to being part of a company that is liquid. With maybe 40 million shares out, this combined company can attract some of the bigger brokerages to write it up since they can actually recommend it to a large number of brokers without driving it through the roof. Of course these guys will start the coverage after the rest of us have had our triple. When the 20 page glossy comes out, that should be our sell signal. I've been a bit miffed that we have not heard anything on financing yet, but perhaps it is because they just can't decide who to dance with at this point. I hope that is the case. Kaiser..........
