Thanks for the update, and good to hear from you again. Sometimes I wonder if Palisades is the real key holding the price down, as people may not believe that it actually exists or that rain will ever open there. ;) I never would have figured way back when that animal kingdom RAIN would open ahead of Palisades, but mall completions are a bit beyond RAIN's control.

I heard that the ads/coupons for appetizers were out again in today's Miami Herald. Sounds like RAIN is trying some new routes in south Florida.

off topic....what do you think of the chances in the Big East tournament??

Thanks for the Pqalisades update. Hope as many Wall Street guys live by the Palisades as apparently did The Source ( from the jump the shareprice RAIN took after that opening) :-)
