Donald, as in duck? I have not seen anything from BAT that indicates all the documents requested have been turned over to the SEC nor have I seen anything from BAT saying they have filed their patent(s)... Nothing shows up on edgar. Now, before you start flicking you BIC, I have seen announcements from BAT stating they would do these things, but nothing on whether they have followed through. Fox had a great line on X-files tonight, maybe you missed it so here it is again... "They believed what they wanted to believe." In layperson's terms, just because you want to believe BAT has done these things doesn't mean they have. Now Sit Down and Shut Up! And take that kid with you.
