"So, I think the additional number of common shares after conversion will be much less than David estimated. Any other interpretations of "@"?" I tried to paint what I felt was a worst case scenario. Hoping to have someone jump in and tell me I am wrong. I want to be long, but I am not as of today. I agree it is not clear but my interpretation is that not all of the conditions need to be met, only one. Should that be the case, serious dilution.
