This goes to prove that best product does not always survive.<<< Beta is alive and well in Asia. I have family in Japan, and I bought a couple Beta machines in addition to my two VHS ones. The betas are FAR superior with many more features. For example, on most VHS machines, when you hit slow-motion or freeze a frame, you get imperfections in the images and/or choppy movement. With my beta, I can "scroll" through frames fluidly and freeze frames with snapshot quality. >>>It goes to prove the consumer wants a cheap copy of a Mac.<<< I would like to see Apple swallow its pride and begin selling Intel-based PCs with the Apple brand name. There is a ton of business out there that Apple could carve a slice from. Style Pts.
