Could Ellison be as foolish as Phil White (formerly with IFMX) was and blast his mouth off about how well the company is doing only to disappoint a few weeks later. I hope not but gee these scenarios are all to familiar. ( IFMX, DIMD, SYBS and on and on.)

Just meeting the estimates for this quarter won't be enough. They'll have to show that their applications business is growing strongly and not losing to the likes of SAP, peoplesoft, etc.
