The attorney from Ohio was Jack Quarrant. He never did much for GIFS because Mo failed to keep him paid-up. In fact, he parted ways with GIFS a long-time before it was made known that he was no longer GIFS' corporate counsel. *

Interestingly enough, when the State came in, they discounted a portion of Quarrant's billing because it was unethical or not-billable. He was charging his full hourly fee for work performed by his assistants/parallegals/clerical staff.

The attorney you have in mind whose son worked in the GIFS office was Herb Woll, CPA.** Mr. Woll did some time behind bars, too. This came out after the State came in.

* Quarrant was followed by Bob Rosen an attorney from California.
**Herb Woll is an Atlanta resident who happened to be the previous owner of Mohamed's Spartan and also was involved with the MotorSports
group, i.e. Geoffrey Crabbe prior to GIFS becoming a "partner"
with Motorsports.

"...there was an accountant from Beachwood, Ohio who prepared some sort of accounting mumbo jumbo that was given to the SEC, as I recall. Shouldn't we be looking for him as well?"
