Whether you think you can or cannot, you're probably right (Henry Ford)...this has always been my personal philosophy...including tracking short-term money-making stocks. The difference being, I have tried to temper my ambitions with approx. 3-4 hours of daily, instensive research. I'm fortunate in that I am self-employed and have both the time and resources to do the necessary homework. Having said that, I cannot help but wonder how many short term traders truly do their homework...I must confess that in the beginning, I did not do the work and got burned big time. That was over a year ago. Things are different now and $1,000/week is within easy reach. But that, for me anyways, means playing with $20,000+ and churning it regularly. Penny stocks just seem to eat my cash. Having said all that, the results of some of my "homework" include Royal Laser Tech (tse RLT), Hummingbird (tse HUM) and my all time fav...Newcourt Credit Group (tse NCT)...Thanks to Newcourt, I'm in a condo in Florida adding to this thread via WebTV....MSFT hungry for a piece of the action from WebTV Networks Inc., although I believe it's a private co. Anyone have info on this? Enough for now....imho, a little homework and our shared short-term perspective has the potential to deliver more than the pennies can. All the best, and good luck to all!
