No flame,
You have asked a legit question that cannot easily be answered. They are going after 2 slightly different markets in my opinion. CyberFax is going to an end user type of market where FTEL looks to market at corporations with offices worldwide. If CyberFax has a gateway in Asia and 1 in the US anyone can send a fax over that gateway. CyberFax does not need a computer or specialized fax software to be utilized. Just a standard fax machine. The CyberFax user, with his plain old fax machine, sends his fax through the CyberFax system with no extra effort than dialing the local CyberFax gateway number and the number where the fax is being sent. The system takes care of the rest, the upfront costs to the enduser are 0 just the cost of the fax. The FTEL press release talks about software needed and how it fits into the corporate environment. That is focused on a slightly different market, in my opinion. Everyone will read it differently.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!
