Vi, as to your question with regard to foreign money in Russian markets I just don't know the answer. In the stock market my feeling is that it's rather more than 25%. But I cannot back it up with any facts.

As to the rest, I absoutely agree with your long-term positive outlook. I notice Eurobond prices rising again in the last few days, and interest rates falling in Moscow again. Maybe we get a more stable environment again. Would be nice. TRF is down 50% off the highs (INKBY too).
