Sector exploitation,Sergio.Plus Clayton's business does not compete
with Horton.Plus Clayton's major presence in Florida is in housing
directly savaged by the devastation of El Nino effects.
I have read elsewhere that it is going to be a good year for this
sector.Clayton also is BIG,28 states and Vertically structured.
And thirdly,CMH will not be a long(though I could make it one)I am hoping for 25% before taxes in a short term hold(about 2 months)
My broker has 5 telecoms in my portfolio,so why not acquire sectors
if the times right.Except internet stocks that scares me:)eek!max90

RECY... On The Road Again....

Amigos:

Of significant interest is the fact that Tom Wiens and Luke Botica were on the road
while Skip Rouster and Alex Lagerborg were presenting at the Bt Alex Brown Metals
conference last week... Tom and Luke are the deal makers... So... We should get to
see our minimal dilution theory in action soon... : >
