Low margins are due to R&D and the cost of putting up a network

of satellites which will be owned by ORBI itself, only to collect
service revenue by subscribers for HIGHER margins down the road.
A good company will always invest in itself for growth down the
road! What was it about $11 million of cost in the last quarter
for ORBCOMM? Just think of the money ORBCOMM will make when the
system is complete. At least ORBI pulls in a net profit while
spending tons of money to expand. I can not say this for other
other satellite companies that are suffocating in debt holding net
losses every quarter. I am very proud of the ORBI management team
and I feel they are doing a GREAT job! HIGHER MARGINS are not far
down the road... PATIENCE!!
