Paul: You don't quit.

What more can I say. I spend a lot of time in the brokerage industry working with developers, IT/IS managers/executives and professional traders for one purpose - building and enhancing on one's ability to do more business with better tools. I live and talk trading technology infrastructure for this is what we need to be in touch with to ensure the future of our business.

I have a lot of contacts and great reputation and do what I can to build mindshare for the changes which I believe will play into Novell's position longer term. But I won't bore you with details. You aren't interested for they don't play to your "view".

Just what is your MO man??? What have you done to build something, anything positive during your time on this thread? Hit me... for I forgot: by your definition, anyone that talks positive about Novell contibutes NOTHING, NOT A THING!

If you really want to contribute, may I suggest three choices: 1) short Novell NOW - and really tell us about it every bloody step of the way, or 2) or go long Novell NOW- and do the same, or 3) fly away to some other dead tree so you can find a wider audience of complainers and negative types such as yourself to share thoughts with.

Novell isn't a dead tree anymore. The good thing is that it will take a lot more time before this image changes, leaving investors who can see this change more than enough opportunities to position themselves for the move higher.

I will leave you with one final note: John Young should step up and come clean on what he does - his compensation, thoughts on Novell as an investment, whatever. I see Eric leading, but the BOD needs to be changed and I agree with most that some of the old names need to step down. While the fundamentals are transitioning for the better, a fundamental change in the BODs is THE single event that would do the most good for Novell's future at the present time. If opinion on this is what you are looking for, then there you have it. Now if you are asking me to take the flag and run a la Joe, I just don't have the time nor energy to go at it the way he did. Commentary that's positive and suggests this change as necessary is all I can provide.

Paul, the olive branch is still in my hand should you care to take it.

Oh, I fogot to add....God Bless, peace, love and all that.

Paul: See my #20577, Rather Fred: See my #20577 to DJBEINO. There's a message in there for you.

I don't care "what" freaking business you own, run, or operate. Put your mouth where it counts --- "out in the public eye".

BORE ME FRED! I'm waiting to see all your great "contacts" other than playing around on SI, YAHOO, AOL and the FOOL Bulletin Boards.

I can GIVE you MY contacts. Give me yours.

Why not Fred? You certainly spend enough time on the Inet message boards doing your "thang". You have "time" for that don't you? Or are
you just a paper tiger? All mouth, no action.

Lemme see some ACTION "big man". I showed my stuff. IN PUBLIC!
If you want ALL of the NEWS COPY, I'll send it to you.

Let me ask you this Fred, if they mentioned your name at Headquarters and mentioned my name at headquarters, which name do you think people would recoginize first?

So DO IT! Get out there and BEAT THE DRUM (LIKE I DID - LIKE DJBEINO IS DOING FOR A YEAR AND A HALF), and then your "credible".

Sooooooooo....(Do your Cheerleading bit) and:

Let me see you in the media, let me see you at the annual meeting, let me see you publish something and have it handed out to ALL of the attendees including the BOD and officers of the company at the meeting with YOUR name on it... and then perhaps I might change my view of you being a pedant.

As far as Paul being involved with Eric, (you asked him to elaborate didn't you?). I suggest you ask Eric Schmidt about that. I suggest you call CalPERS about that. I'll give you some more homework too if you need it.

But until then, you just blow air on these Boards.

Good, good, you got in at 7-8. Congrats. Make a couple of bucks. That's good. I bought (MORE) MSFT on the split at 79 and made 5 grand in five days, so what!!!!!!!!!!!

The proof will be how they come out of this lawsuit, and the remainder of the year. And like I said to DJ, I don't CARE ONE IOTA about getting a "penny" as a result of it. I want to see the "snakes skinned".

GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
