Ed,

His reason is that he claims the various states are making it harder and harder for outsiders to run Charitable Bingo halls,by putting in tougher regulations. He claims that the states want to see the local charities themself run the games not ouside intrests from outside the state.

I think that would almost be like trying to keep the Wal-Marts and Blockbusters of the world from hurting the local Mom & Pop operations. As long as someone can do it more efficiently and effectively, there will always be this type of change. By taking advantage of economies of scale etc. everyone benefits, including the charities. The recent decision in Texas is proof that this type of gov't interference probably won't work.

And before someone else mentions it I realize that AB&G is not a Wal-Mart or Blockbuster Entertainment (g)
