Coincidentally, my latest hard copy of "Vickers" (no relation) reports another 1,000 share sale by the corporate shyster (did I say that?) David Bradford. Jan.14th at $7 1/4. Leaves him with 24,693 shares.

Not a significant sale, but part of the pattern of selling, and certainly not bullish.

Corporate explanation is that he had an unexpectedly high long distance phone bill and needed to raise cash.

I advise he switch to Sprint where late night phone calls are only 10 cents per minute, or AOL LD to get 9 cents 24 hours per day.

Joe's calls could then come before dinner!
