Hi Sheri.

in your previous message you said:

"...So if I say buy 5K (starting balance in morning) worth of stock abc and sell for profit, am I done for the day, or can I buy ANOTHER stock as long as its not for more than 5K????? I know I'm done for the day with ABC, but what about XYZ?"

I'm a bit puzzled. Does this mean you can only buy/sell a given stock once each day? I thought you could trade in and out of a stock (say ABC) as many times as you wanted each day, as long as you could pay for it!

Thanks.

Chris.

Sheri: you can trade your balance as many times during the day as you wish as long as it is a margin account. Check with your broker to be sure though. If they restricted your account for free riding you may be limited to trading the equity in your account only.
