Point well taken. The number one factor to consider when deciding wether or not to switch horses mid stream is the management team and my money is on Brian Farrell.

The chart tells me that you are more interested in the money you made
last year than you have so far in 1998. If you had bought and held
THQI when it traded at $4, your gain would have been even bigger. I
am not sure what your point is considering that the THQI/EIDSY debate
began last month and not a year ago last March. In any event, I like
THQI and I have been tracking it for a long time to be familiar with
its price history. If you arbitrarily draw the graph from March 1996,
the percentage gain will be significantly higher.

Still, this is a new year and EIDSY has outperformed THQI by more
than twofold.

Wade, I agree with your points. I also think it is a mistake to
see these two companies as rivals because I like both of them
this year. But so far, EIDSY has proven to be a better investment
in 1998. One other big difference worth mentioning is that EIDSY
is a turnaround company and THQI clearly is not.

cheers,
Bleeker
