Yup, you're right. If the magazines say it, that's all that counts. There's no sense looking to see if that corresponds with actual user experience, whether or not SyQuest makes money on the drives, and whether or not they're actually selling well.

I think this guy Michael is a big time short on Syquest, and very worried about it going up and giving him ......
I agree with you completely. All review I have seen suggest there is no comparison between Syquest and IOmega on comparable products. I suggest we ignore this guy's comments which are all totally misleading, and he, hopefully, will evaporate by himself.

Does anyone have any info on their Quest product, which I think is a 4 meg removeable? I'm interested in it for audio recording, however their website indicates that it's not available to the general public -- looking for oems or some such. I know that Dididesign (leader in pro audio digital recording) recently approved the syquest 1.5 gig removeable, but I thought I'd wait to see if a 4 meg would be available anytime soon. If so, I think many audio people would snap it up, though I don't know how big a group this represents in Syquest's cusomer base. Any info appreciated.
