Addi, you said >At this time the degree of bullish sentiment is at
its highest in over 6 years!

Some numbers from Monday's IBD...

% investment advisors bullish 46% 5-year high 56% on 12/3/96
% investment advisors bearish 28.2% 5-year low 25.8% on 8/18/97

So we're not quite there yet. Page A25
Possibly you have a different source.
Also, SI's own bull/bear ratio isn't anywhere near a high.

I agree with you about March-April. Some companies are going to report really lousy earnings due to Asia. And it should cause the market to pause a little.

But there is one thing about this market that many overlook. This market has not been a typical bull market. It has been concentrated in the large capitalization stocks. MSFT, DELL, INTC, CSCO, etc. The smaller stocks have seriously underperformed. I attribute this to index funds, but certainly they have great earnings also.

Also there are several companies in high tech that have not participated at all and are sitting at book value or below. These represent some really good buys for the long term regardless of how March turns out, as they usually don't go down to much under book unless they are going bust.

Anyway, your timing is probably good, and it is probably prudent.
