Everybody,

Forget about the analysts. Forget about who said what, or some TA indicators. Compaq is a great company with GREAT management. It's future looks great. It's earnings look great. The DEC merger makes perfect sense. It has no debt and still has some cash left in the bank. Fidelity recently bought 6 million shares.

People, realistically, what more can you ask for in a company? CPQ is a great buy. Sure it might not skyrocket up to 40 tomorrow, but for a great company like this I can wait. Look at this stock objectively and don't get caught up in all this hype. Compaq is a great company with a bright future. Thus CPQ is a great buy!

SOmetimes things are so obvious, yet we fail to see. Sit back and relax. CPQ will make the patient investor lots of money.

-Eddie

I wish I Knew

Im hoping that the next erninings will beat the street buy a good margin.Im having a hard time figuring this one out.It reminds me of when slick Willie and Hillery were going to shake up the health ind. I bought Merk in the 30,s when everybody was selling and down grading the stock but i knew that it was a sleeping giant just like cpq and held out to reap the rewards. You are not going to keep this company down for to long!
