....co has 3-400 mil cash presently...will nedd another 300 mil for present plans into/thru 1999...remember, rev #'s proj are 1.2 bil 2000...4 bil+ 2005...accepting that debt increase or secondary is no problema...remember, all of a sudden this stock at 40+ is becoming valuable currency..5 mil sh secondary at 40-80 is a lot of $$$$...cash squeeze???...I'll tell you what a cash squueze looks like---scroll back 12-18 mo as the stock was crashing and the co decided the way to go was as a facility based clec with an accelerated rollout pronto...they dont get the 450 mil or so at that time, and its soyanara, bill R and co, see ya back in the health and beauty aids business...
