Re: the 3-1 Stock split: In reply to my call for confirmation of a rumor about a 3-for-1 split Julie Stangl left me a voice mail message (something very close to): "We usually don't comment on market rumors, but I can tell you that we did not split the stock again..." --If a split is in the works, why wouldn't she just issue the usual "no comment" to cover herself ? Dog seems to know some people at Kiewit, but seems weak on the intricacies of the KIWT stock and the Kiewit/L3 connection. I still remain unconvinced that his info is good. Maybe he can make a couple calls of his own and double-check his facts.
