Hi Shirley: Me too! The thing about those verboten subjects in officers' messes, also in clubs, was that it did cut down on dueling! At least that was the historical reason for it. Also, religion and politics for many people involves faith or some sort of belief system, and you can never win an argument where faith is involved. You really have been reading those messages since you were away. I have rambled on a bit.. Does this mean that you jury duty is finished, or do you just have the weekend off? All the best.
