Carl,

I agree with your intent, however, I understand Fulvio's frustration and the intent of his posts also. Please consider that no matter how distasteful the namecalling and abusive languate etc is, it does no harm to investors, short or long in KRY.

However, posters who may joint the KRY forum using various aliases, spreading false information and making character assassination style attacks on the board can potentially harm the interests of all shareholders and investors in KRY, both short and long. I suspect that we would agree that the latter guilty party(ies) are far more harmful than those who "lose" their cool and let loose with the verbal barage. (I have been guilty of this as well).

Now the only problem is trying to prove who the guilty parties are and finding out what their motives are ;-)

My opinions only,

RH

Carl - I agree completely. Viper (a poster) and shorty (a poster) and Alex Ruhle (a poster) were talking about the company, and the stock and its prospects. Alex mentioned Fung (a non-poster, under his own name, anyway, and therefore fair game). Fulvio (a poster) then made ad hominem attacks on the aforesaid fellow posters, an activity which violates both the Terms of Use and common courtesy, though it is not, it is said by the Old Ones, completely unheard of on these threads.

RH - I too understand the frustration, but also understand that the frustration got the better of Fulvio. How this might benefit Crystallex, Fulvio, or human endeavour in general is at this time quite unclear to me.

.......... cheers, all ................ marcos
