Bruce, Welcome to the thread, and thank-you for your input. I suppose last Monday was one of those days when it didn't work at all? :) I was on the phone w/them about four times w/Tech Support and yes...some of the problems are beyond their control, but they assured me that their hardware/software was. BUT, I also downloaded the 2.05 version, and could not get it to install, spoke w/them about it, and they {at least one person} said that it must be on my end...also said that the download must have been corrupted. I then dl'd it again, and had the same problems. I called again, and they sent me new disks, but I've yet to install them and will build another machine to do that on. But I did also go and download Peck's version of the program, and the same install 'bug' came up.. I will call again tomorrow should I get back before they close and see what they say. I am back to ver. 2.01, but 2.04 was working fine... And anyone that is also experiencing problems if they have downloaded v2.05 from their site, please let me know. Should anyone need/like version 2.01, please e-mail me, and I will attach it to them. Also agreed, that good things are coming along w/this company, and I'd like to pop in and visit them in the near future. There are a few ideas I see w/it.... But I also have a few unanswered questions. I should have another posting up Monday eve, with a bit more information. jim
